Rebel Community Alliance is a San Antonio nonprofit focused on converting vacant buildings into resident-governed communities. We support neighborhood-led redevelopment that preserves local character, creates affordable housing, and empowers residents to govern shared spaces and services. Our programs combine technical assistance, training, and partnership-building to help residents form governance structures, access funding, and manage rehabilitated properties. We work with local stakeholders to plan sustainable reuse, promote long-term affordability, and strengthen community resilience.
